Comic raconteur, Russell McGilton, is full of funny stories. His exploits were the inspiration for award winning play Bombay to Beijing by Bicycle. The accompanying book – Yakety Yak – was published by Penguin Books and marked a new chapter in Russell’s life.

Literary success and appearances on TV and Radio haven’t dampened Russell’s primary passion – live audiences. He pairs his work on the comedy circuit with public speaking engagements both internationally and in his native Australia.

He recently completed his latest stand up comedy show Accidents are Prohibited on this Road at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2011.
